The Italian regional ERSI trade fair (Esperti Riferme Serrature Italia) and the European ELF trade fair (European Locksmith Federation) were organised together in Bologna (Italy) on 13 and 14 May for the first time this year.
The event provided JMA with an opportunity to underpin and extend its presence in the trans-Alpine market with a broad range of products and services targeted at the locksmithing sector.
This first trade fair experience for the company on Italian soil was the first time JMA has approached the local sector, which expressed an interest in learning more about the organisation as well as its services and logistics capabilities.
Presentation of the new Supracode
JMA continues to present its new electronic key duplicator for security and vehicle keys. This new tool represents a huge leap forward in key duplication as it incorporates an automatic device for engraving text onto the key grip without any action from an operator. A precise and fast solution for professional duplicators.
In turn, the broad range of remote controls available from the company were also on show at the event. This range perfectly suits the needs of the European and Italian market.
First trade fair for OEM
This was also the first time that the OEM service (Original Equipment Manufacturer) from Altuna Group was present at a trade fair of this nature. The company therefore stands in Italy as one of the leading benchmarks within the OEM market, backed up by decades of confidence from the top manufacturers of residential and automotive locks.
The OEM service from Altuna Group offers the outstanding option to guarantee a comprehensive manufacturing process with the utmost quality requirements and compliance with the strictest standards, leading to a turnkey service that is tailored to each client. In fact, one of the distinguishing factors of Altuna Group is its capacity to manufacture raw materials at the Altuna Metal Works, thereby guaranteeing a supply of brass and nickel silver to its clients.
