The VOLGA BIT machine offers maximum versatility when cutting mortice keys. It can copy single- or double-bit mortice keys, as well as forward-cut keys and those with vertical cuts.
VOLGA BIT is the latest model of JMA machines for the duplication of mortice keys. In a compact device, it incorporates all the necessary elements for duplicating a wide variety of mortice keys with total precision. Its main new feature is the incorporation of a two-height clamp system, with which you can duplicate keys of any length. Furthermore, the clamps have specific clasps to hold the tip of “male” keys and counterpoints for the duplication of “female” keys and short "male" keys.
The design of the machine is based on comfort and handling speed in the duplication process. The systems for locking and swapping carriage assemblies, as well as the carriage assembly movement system on roller guides, make work much easier.
